Indiana Law
Indiana law is a constantly evolving creation. Estates have rules and statutes governing them, and they change. Courts hold trials for persons who have been injured or wronged, and those rules change. Most citizens are ignorant of many phases of the law. These podcasts are designed to help Joe & Jane Citizen, giving some insight to the legal process in the state of Indiana, but also keeping abreast as to the law in certain areas, such as Wills, Trusts, Estates in general, personal injury, wrongful death, and other areas of Indiana law.

My Profile
Voyle Glover
Merrillville, Indiana
I've been a lawyer for 25 years in private practice. For nearly 9 years, I was a Deputy Prosecutor (on a part-time basis) for the State of Indiana, serving in Crown Point City Court. I've also served as the Director of IV-D, the Child Support Division for the Prosecutor's Office. I've done mostly civil work, and today, focus on trusts, wills and estates, personal injury cases (such as auto accidents), wrongful death cases, real estate, business and contract law. I do other work as well, but have limited my practice primarily to these areas.
I'm also a published author of fiction and non-fiction. My most recent book is "Protecting Your Church From Sexual Predators: A Legal FAQ for Church Leaders."
