I've been a lawyer for 25 years in private practice. For nearly 9 years, I was a Deputy Prosecutor (on a part-time basis) for the State of Indiana, serving in Crown Point City Court. I've also served as the Director of IV-D, the Child Support Division for the Prosecutor's Office. I've done mostly civil work, and today, focus on trusts, wills and estates, personal injury cases (such as auto accidents), wrongful death cases, real estate, business and contract law. I do other work as well, but have limited my practice primarily to these areas. I'm also a published author of fiction and non-fiction.
