I recently had taken care of a lady dying from cancer (ex-sister-in-law), I am disturb by the way her niece got her power of attorney and had a will done, living will also and was all done by a lawyer. This lady had just left a nursing home, had undergone radiation treatment and was heavily medicated. She is dying in her own home by her choice. Her niece's husband asked me to withhold her meds, which I did not because, she had an appointment with a lawyer the following day. They brought the will to her home and had her sign it and a guy witnessed her signing it, yet he was with me in the living room the whole time. Please help me, Is this a legal binding document?

Can't give any kind of definitive conclusion. Too little evidence. And, I don't give legal advice on particular cases over the internet. If you've in the area (46410), will be happy to assist you. Otherwise, contact a local attorney.
